Uganda Cultural Safari 17 days 
Day 1, Arrival
You will be welcomed on arrival at Entebbe international Airport by our company representative who will transfer you to your hotel in Kampala. Overnight at The lodge/Cassia lodge
Day 2, Kampala City Tour
After breakfast at the lodge, you will go for the city tour visiting places like the Kasubi Tombs which is a special burial place for the Buganda Kings, the Namugongo Shrines where the Uganda Christian martyr’s where burnt live, Bahia Temple the only one of its kind in Africa and African Craft Village which is the best place to buy African art, carvings and other handcrafts. Overnight at The lodge/Cassia lodge
Day 3, Transfer to Jinja
Wake up early in the morning and have breakfast and then drive east to Jinja. Stop over at another cultural site for the Baganda tribe which is the Sezibwa falls which is believed to have been born by human beings. A site is used as a healing place for the people who believe in the tradition culture. Proceed and drive through the Mabira forest to Jinja. After lunch you will visit the source of the River Nile. Dinner and overnight stay at Gately on the Nile/Jinja Nile resort
Day 4, Bujagali falls
After breakfast, visit the marvelous Bujagali falls, where the magical "Spirit Healer" lives and whose remarkable abilities have made him a legend. Later visit a local fishing village and return to your hotel for Lunch. In the afternoon, visit the local villages and experience first hand information on how the Basoga live and also learn more about their culture. You will be entertained by the Basoga dancers and after return to your hotel.
Day 5, Transfer back to Kampala and connect to Kibale
Early in the morning, take breakfast and transfer back to Kampala and then connect westward to Kibale Forest National Park having lunch en route. The road passes through villages and farmland where every sweet tropical fruits and vegetable of the tropics can be seen growing. Pass through Tea Plantations into Kibale Forest and to the camp. Afternoon set off to the swamp for the guided nature walk. The swamp is under the management of Kibale Association for Rural and Environmental organization. Dinner and overnight stay at Chimp guest house/ Chimps nest/primates lodge/Ndali lodge
Day 6, Chimp tracking
After breakfast at your lodge, set out for the search of the Primates especially the chimpanzees and the Monkeys. The forest has well marked trails that make it easily accessible. Kibale is inhabited by three large communities of habituated Chimpanzees. In the afternoon will visit the local Women group that specializes in basket weaving. Later in the evening around the campfire, you will get to enjoy the traditional Runyege dancers. Dinner and overnight stay at Chimp guest house/ Chimps nest/primates lodge/Ndali lodge
Day 7, Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After an early morning breakfast, you will return to Fort Portal commonly known for its weaving and basketry. After enter Queen Elizabeth National Park, which is dominated on its northern border by the snow-capped 16,000-foot Rwenzori Mountains-the famed "Mountains of the Moon". You will enter Queen Elizabeth with a game drive enroute and expect to see herds of impalas like Uganda Kob, topi, elephant and lion, giant forest hog, Cape buffalo. Dinner and overnight stay at Mweya safari lodge/Simba safari camp/Jacana Safari lodge
Day 8, Launch cruise and game drive
After breakfast in the morning, go for the launch cruise on the Kazinga channel which joins Lake Edward and George and boasts the highest concentration of Hippos in Africa. In the afternoon set out for the game drive and look out for the other mammals like the Waterbuck, Bushbuck, CapeBuffalo, Hartebeest, Giant Forest Hog, Warthog, Elephant, and potentially Leopard and Lion. Dinner and overnight stay at Mweya safari lodge/Simba safari camp/Jacana Safari lodge
Day 9, Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable forest National Park
After breakfast, set out for the last game drive in the Ishasha sector while transferring to Bwindi. The sector is well known as the place for the Tree climbing lions. Proceed to Bwindi reaching in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay at Gorilla resort/Buhoma community bandas/Bwindi view Bandas
Day 10, Gorilla Trekking
You will rise early and have breakfast, after go for the Gorilla tracking in the forest which activity is once a life time experience. Before you set out for the trekking, you will receive guidelines from the well- trained guides and also will lead you to a point where the gorillas were encountered the day before. The hike duration is determined by the gorillas whose continuous search for food requires a nomadic lifestyle. The trek can take from 1-9 hours at altitudes in excess of 7,500ft and over rough and steep terrain. Although the hike is physically demanding, the beauty of the forest and its inhabitants make your experience extremely interesting. Upon encountering the gorillas, your fatigue is quickly forgotten. Day 11, Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
After breakfast, set out for Lake Bunyonyi through the scenic Little Switzerland of Africa to the edge of the Lake. You arrive for your picnic lunch the take a canoe ride exploring some of the most beautiful Islands on the Lake. Dinner and overnight at Bushara Island Camp /Arcadia cottages/Bunyonyi overland resort
Day 12, Full day at Lake Bunyonyi.
After breakfast, spend the whole day at Lake Bunyonyi. Visit the Batwa community to get a chance to see these shortest creatures who once lived in the bamboo forest. Dinner and overnight stay at Bushara Island Camp /Arcadia cottages/Bunyonyi overland resort
Day 13, Transfer to Mbarara and Nshenyi Village
After breakfast, transfer to Mbarara town reaching in time for lunch and after transfer to Nshenyi Village. The village is a hidden place with rural farms, where you can experience the traditional way of living. Enjoy the rolling countryside of the Ankole Kingdom and listen to the silence. Dinner and overnight at Nshenyi Village.
Day 14, Full day in Nshenyi Village.
The morning starts early as you go to the field to milk the long horned Ankole cows. Return to the farm for breakfast, after which take a short walk to the village of a Bahima tribe. Experience the lifestyle of this traditional tribe and learn more about where they live, what they eat and their other native habits. In the afternoon you go for a nature walk along the River Kagera, the natural border with Tanzania. The trail leads through undulating hills that overlook Nshenyi Village. In the evening you can enjoy traditional dancing and singing of a non-professional local group. Dinner and overnight at Nshenyi Village.
Day 15, Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
After breakfast depart for Lake Mburo National Park. En route, you will pass through Uganda's Ankole area where people keep horned cattle. Continue to Lake Mburo National Park. Lake Mburo offers the best opportunities in Uganda to see birds associated with acacia woodlands, such as the Bare-faced Go-away Bird, Black-bellied Bustard, Black-headed Gonolek, Grey Hornbill and Cinnamon-chested Bee-eater. Dinner and overnight at Mihingo lodge/Mantana tented camp/Rwonyo campsite
Day 16, Game drive and transfer back to Kampala
After breakfast, go for the morning game drive and later transfer back to Kampala via Masaka. Stop over at the equator and Mpigi Royal drum makers at Mpambire village for souvenirs. Proceed to Kampala reaching late in the evening in time for dinner and overnight at your Hotel.
Day 17, Departure.
Depending on the time of departure you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home.
